Use preferred name for all family members on the first page of application. The name you provide is what's used for nametags. Use legal name when specifically asked for it.

Do you have at least one child in 1st grade or above? While we offer classes for all ages, you must have a child in at least 1st grade or above to attend.

Tips for completing child's info section:
- Only complete the * required fields. You do NOT need to provide a username or phone (we don't use this info).
- Grade Levels: Kinder - Age 5. PreK - Age 4. Preschool - Potty trained 3 year olds. If your child is not potty trained, enroll in nursery.
